Owning A Cat Can Improve Your Health

You know that you like having a pet.  If it’s a cat, you might snuggle up on the couch after a long day and simply spend some time petting the animal.  If it’s a dog, you may enjoy being active with your animal.

But those are anecdotal tales. What’s started to happen is that science is taking note of the good things that can happen to us when we take animals into our lives.

Take those walks: Those can be better for your heart and help you reduce your bad cholesterol, too. You may also become more social on those walks, which is better for your overall health.
