Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest are on the lookout for some cool cats. On their Jan. 8th show Live with Kelly and Ryan, the two hosts announced the “Check Meow-T Video Contest”, which they described as the “purr-fect” contest for anyone with a fantastic feline that can do a fun trick or has an adorable habit. They already had you at feline…didn’t they?
The team at “Live” partnered with Cat’s Pride for this contest, and not only will one lucky winner will receive $5,000 cash, but Cat’s Pride will make a matching donation to the winner’s favorite local cat shelter. How paw-some is that!
Viewers got to submit a short video of their cat and on Friday, January 26, the five finalists were selected by the “Live” staff.
Now it’s up to viewers to vote for their favorite. Voting is open until Monday, January 29 at 4 pm ET. The winner will be announced on Friday, February 2, 2018.
